The nearest Town is Beaconsfield with limited shops & services. There is fuel, take-away and a general store at Sidmouth.
Noise
We are a wellness retreat set in a peaceful rural community. Guests are prohibited from creating a nuisance and disturbing the neighbours.
Wildlife/Animals
Let animals go about their day without disturbing them. Do not touch or feed them you may be injured. Animals are most active between dusk and dawn. Take care when driving on our roads. Always leave gates shut behind you.
Parking:
Please shut the gates behind you when entering or leaving. Please do not park in front of the garage.
WiFi:
Complementary wi-fi is provided.
Password is available in your physical guest directory or via text following your booking confirmation if preferred.
TV/Streaming Services:
Free to air channels provided. Log in to your apps to access paid streaming services.
Breakfast:
Full breakfast served between 0600-1000am in your dining area at no additional charge. Let your hosts know your preferred time each day you are staying with us and any special requirements or food allergies.
Smoking:
or Vaping is not permitted in-doors. If you wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and let your hosts know so that we can provide ashtray(s) for proper butt disposal.

Guest Amenities
We are here to indulge you. Please make use of all amenities provided in room. Toiletries, slippers and in-room beverages are provided at no additional charge. Linen, cutlery, crockery, electrical appliances, board games, decor items, remote controls and soft furnishing are not to be removed from your room or taken from the property. Your credit card will be charged if these items are not left behind when you vacate the premises.

The Grounds
You are free to explore the grounds of our property. Please check with the hosts before picking any flowers, fruits, berries or vegetables to ensure they are not poisonous and safe to eat. Wear covered in shoes at all times. Please close all gates behind you. Do not light fires of any kind without permission. Do not litter. Place rubbish in the bins provided
Housekeeping
Please let your hosts know if you would like a turn-down service, wake-up call or need extra linen. We can help with personal laundry for $10.00 per 7kg load washed and dried. If you are staying for more than 5 days, your linen change and full room clean will be performed weekly.
